Our Founding Purpose
All Americans Deserve Better Political Leadership.
To celebrate the 250 Anniversary and Juneteenth 2026, Our American Party (OAP), Inc, was officially launched as a new national political party with the American Bald Eagle as its symbol.
Our American Party is committed to focusing on developing new political leaders and candidates who are willing to offer innovative solutions to problems.
Our American Party Candidates will publically propose, advocate, debate, and promoted ideas as legislative bills and constitutional amendments, inorder to change laws, policies and programs that solve disparities, and equitibly redistribute federal, state, county and city taxes for the benefit of All Americans, based on the percentage of the population of the US, States, Counties and Cities by race, gender, age and income.
Official Founding Policies
Leadership & Candidate Development
OAP will train new political leaders and run candidates for local, county, state, congressional and federal offices offering solutions to disparities facing all Americans.
Accessible Membership Pricing
OAP Annual Memberships for All Americans will cost $20 for Adults (18 - 59); $10 for Seniors (60+) and $5 Youth (14 - 17).
No TV Broadcast Advertising
OAP or it's candidates will not raise campaign money or spend money on TV Broadcast Commercials.
Direct Citizen Engagement via Voteice.com
OAP will use Voteice.com, a political engagement platform to engage with citizens of their community, cities, counties, Congressional Districts, States and Country.
Zero Campaign Donation Policy
OAP candidates will not accept campaign donations.
Mandatory Office Term Limits
OAP candidates will agree to two Consecutive Term Limits based on the office.
No Lobbyist Money & Income Caps
OAP and its candidates will not accept money from lobbyist and they and their family will not profit while in office. Their income and net worth will not increase beyond normal pay raises.
Constitutional Rights & Moral Integrity
OAP will uphold the constituional rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, while rejecting corruption, greed, and fear.
Ballot Initiatives Against Disparities
OAP will seek Ballot Initiatives to amend state's and the US Constitution to counter existing or new laws that disproportiately target and negatively impact any group of Americans based on their race, age, gender, health, income, class, sexual orientation or disability.
Repeal Inequitable Laws & Programs
OAP will seek to challenge and repeal all federal and state laws, policies and programs to ensure that they equitably benefit All Americans.
Protection of Human & Reproductive Rights
OAP will protect and defend the human, civil, political and reproductive rights of All Americans and incentivize rapid population growth with affordable universal healthcare, childcare, housing, education, job training, guaranteed monthly income per child.
Moral Courage Over Complaint
OAP will not complain about problems in our democracy, instead demonstrate Moral Courage by helping to build a better nation for All Americans.
Equal Purpose & Potential for All Humans
OAP still holds true, that all men and women, as human beings, are created equal, but each person is born with unique talents, gifts and abilities when nutured by parents and family, teachers, schools, and religions, help shape their ideas, dreams and purposes for the benefit of themselves, their families, communities, this nation, our world and even the worlds they will visit in the future.
Proportional Representation in Congress
OAP will support Proportional Representation for Electing canadates for congress.
Washington D.C. Statehood Integration
OAP supports the City of Washington, District of Columbia becoming a county in the State of Virgina and with all residents become citizens of Virginia, with the exclusion of The White House, US Congress, The Supreme Court, National Parks, Museums and All Federal Buidings will remain the US Capital with a congressional representative afforded all the rights, responsibilities and voting privileges of a member of the US House of Representatives.
Puerto Rico U.S. Statehood
OAP suports Puerto Rico becoming a Us State.
Official Presentation Closing Benediction
OAP Candidates and Elected Politicians will conclude each speech or presentation with the following ending "May the God or Gods that you acknowledge and serve, Bless the United States Of America, Bless Our American Party and Bless All Americans."
Universal Head Start Program
OAP supports Universal Free Head Start by constructing Childcare buildings with classrooms and Head Start Program Standards for All Pregnant Mothers, their Infants, Toddlers and Pre-Kindergarden ages 0 - 5, in Every State's County and City's Public Elementry School. Expand the Head Start Free Healthcare, Vision, Dental and Hearing Assessments and Nutritional Standards to 12th Grade.
Equal Funding for Public Defenders
OAP supports a Constitutional Ballot Initiative to amendment the US Constitution to Elect County Public Defenders to serve a 4 Year Terms in each US County, with equitible funding equal to the County Prosecutor to ensure justice for All Americans.
County Economic Development Offices
OAP support a Constitutional Amendment to Elect County Economic Development Office, 2 Year Term, with Responsibility for creating affordable housing, jobs, funding County Public High School and College Student Entrepreneurial Projects that increase the number of startup businesses, increase tax revenues for their county and regional economic development and to be funded by federal, state, county and city property and sales taxes.
Federal Department of Recreation
OAP support a Constitutional Amendment to Create a "Federal Department of Recreation" responsible for State and County-based Summer Camps for all American Children Children and Youth Summer Camps transportstion, logging at Local, State and Nationsl Parks, access to fun recreation and summer activities, including Swimming Pools, Sports, Science, STEAM, Theater Camps.
$20 Minimal Living Wage & COLA
OAP support a Constitutional Amendment to set a $20 Federal, State, County and City Minimal Living Wage with an annually Cost Of Living Adjustment (COLA).
Direct General Election Selection
OAP Candidates will not participate in State's Primary Elections. Certified OAP Candidates will be selected by OAP for General Elections.
Social Engineered Capitalism
OAP Candidates will support 'Social Engineered Captialism', which acknowledges the investment in society were made by previous generations that used public taxes to build and maintain public infrastructure that included Roads, Water, Sewage, Electricity, Agricultural, Communication, Technology, Schools, Hospitals, Airports, Railroads, Police, Fires, Teachers, Nurses, Doctors, Police, Fire, Hospitals, Leadership, Food Stamps, Welfare, and Housing), and that All Americans are that return on those investments and require a commitment to America. Without Social Engineered Capitalism, there would be no Class of American Multimillionaires, Billionaires and Trillionaires. They and We, All Americans, have a responsibility to each other and this nation to build a better America.
Climate Change Mitigation
OAP will support innovative solutions that mitigate the negative impacts of climate change including wildfires, droughts, heat waves, floods, hurricanes, and tornados.
AI Dominance, Data Rights & Guaranteed Monthly Income
OAP will support US Artificial Intelligence (AI) Dominance, demand data centers use clean power and clean water that does not increase American's utility rates, require American's data be monetized and owned by those who create it and that companies fairly compensate Americans for the usage of their data, when revenues and profits are generated. OAP will require the federal, state, county and city governments tax the income, revenue and profits of all data to fund all the items listed above, including providing a Guaranteed Monthly Income to All Americans.
